The coating layer is formed in the inner wall of cooling channels and has oxidation resistance characteristic. The connection part except for a coating portion, the first circular plate part, and the second circular plate part are made of same ingredients. The coating layer includes silicon carbide and weaved carbon fiber in the silicon carbide.

    • PURPOSE: A carbon-ceramic brake disk and a manufacturing method are provided to improve the cooling performance by installing the strong part joint which is good at the braking torque, the friction heat, and the thermal stress. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-ceramic brake disk manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A first mixture, a second mixture, and a third mixture which are mixed with the different length of carbon fiber and phenol are manufactured(S101). A first pace and a second space are formed by inserting a separator to the molding frame in the inside of the separator(S102). A third mixture is laminated in the upper part of the second mixture(S103). The separator is taken out from a molding frame(S104). The first mixture, the second mixture, and the third mixture are heated and are pressurized and the molding product is manufactured(S105). The molding is taken out from the molding frame(S106). The molding is carbonized(S107). The silicon is melted and passed through the carbonized mold(S108). The mold passed through the silicon is grinding(S109).
