    • The present invention provides a hot water mat for heating a floor, which can be simply constructed, can be manufactured at low costs, has no risk of water leakage, and enables effective use of heat, and a method of constructing the same. Therefore, water leakage is prevented due to removal of joints and component costs and construction costs are reduced by not using a connector such as a coupler. In addition, guide pieces (13, 14) to which a cover member (17) is attached are disposed at portions of the connection pipes (2a, 2b) and the connection pipes (2a, 2b) are processed by using the guide pieces (13, 14), so that heat emitted from the connection pipes (2a, 2b) can be effectively used and loss of heat can be prevented.
