The horizontal rotation part is installed in the base frame and controls a sprinkling position by rotating a sprinkling head horizontally. The sprinkling head includes a head housing(62), multiple nozzles(30), a blowing unit(40), and a guide member(50). The nozzle is installed in the front of a head housing. The blowing unit is installed in the rear part of the head housing and blows water sprinkled in a nozzle. The guide member is installed inside of the head housing and prevents the swirl generation of air supplied to a nozzle in a blowing unit. The sprinkling head is installed in a structure in which a sprinkling angle control is available while horizontally rotating the sprinkling head and improves a scattering prevention function because water can be sprinkled intensively toward a region in which dust is scattered in a coal yard.
