The guide member is installed inside of the head housing and prevents the swirl generation of air supplied to a nozzle in a blowing unit. The sprinkling head is installed in a structure in which a sprinkling angle control is available while horizontally rotating the sprinkling head and improves a scattering prevention function because water can be sprinkled intensively toward a region in which dust is scattered in a coal yard.
