      (목 적) 녹조류 매생이(Capsosiphon fulrescens) 추출물을 이용하여 과음(過飮)으로 발생하는 숙취(宿醉)를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 숙취 해소음료를 제공하는데 있다.
      (구 성) 매생이(Capsosiphon fulrescens)를 원료로 하여 5배량의 80% 에탄올(1 : 1, v/v)로 3회 열탕(60℃) 추출하고 그 추출물(수율 : 10중량부)(C)을 주재로 하고, 여기에 강화제로서 원추리(hemerocallis fulva L.) 추출물(H) : 실크 피브로인(silk fibroin)(S) : 헛깨나무(Hovenia dulcis Thunb.) 추출물(h)의 각 추출물 (CHSh)을 5:1:2:1 (w/w)의 혼합비율로 혼합하고 이 혼합물 0.01∼0.20 중량부에 식미 개선제로서 타우린 0.1중량부, 비타민 C, 아스파라긴 및 구연산을 각각 0.05중량부를 첨가ㆍ혼합하여 3,000 ×g에서 10분간 저온ㆍ원심분리하여 기능성 항숙취음료(anti-hangover beverage)를 제조하였다.

    • PURPOSE: A method of preparing a hangover reducing beverage using a Capsosiphon fulvescens extract is provided. The beverage containing the extract increases activity of alcohol dehydrogenase by 17% or more as compared to a control group while decomposing 50% or more of alcohol consumed within 1 hr after the intake thereof. CONSTITUTION: A Capsosiphon fulvescens extract is mixed with a mixture of Hemerocallis aurantiaca Baker, silk fibroin and a Hovenia dulcis Thunb. extract in a ratio of 5:1:2;1(w/w). Thereafter, 0.01 to 10.0 parts by weight of the mixture is added with 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of taurine and 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of each of vitamin C, asparagine and citric acid as a taste-enhancing agent and then centrifuged at low temperature for 10min.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing chrysanthemum yogurt is provided by mixing chrysanthemum extracts with specified mixed strains and fermenting. Whereby, the yogurt reduces stress effectively by reducing a corticosterone content of blood plasma, and increasing an NA and an MHPG-SP4 content of brain tissue. CONSTITUTION: About 0.01% by weight of freeze-dried mixed strains(Lactobacillus acidophilus/Streptococcus thermophilus/Bifidobacterium longum) are inoculated into a mixture of 0.1 to 10.0 parts by weight of chrysanthemum extracts as a main material and 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of a soybean embryo, bamboo shoots and Lentinus edodes extracts at 40deg.C for 5 to 7 hr, and then mixed with 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of taurine, vitamin C and calcium lactate respectively, 0.005 to 2.5 parts by weight of asparagine, 0.0001 to 0.05 parts by weight of potassium iodide, 0.005 to 5.0 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of sorbitol and 0.5 to 10.0 parts by weight of fructose.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of anti-diabetic diet using a silkworm extract which has, as a natural product, more excellent bioactive functionality than insulin therapy. Therefore, it is useful for the prevention of diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A composition of anti-diabetic diet is manufactured by the steps of: freeze-drying a silk worm and extracting it with methanol; concentrating the extract under reduced pressure and freeze-drying the concentrate; adding 0.001-2.50 parts by weight of extracts of ginger, licorice root and cinnamon to 0.01-15.0 parts by weight of the concentrate and followed by addition of 0.001-1.0 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.001-1.0 parts by weight of vitamin C and 0.01-10.0 parts by weight of taurine; and packing the mixture into a 200ml can.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a drink containing a tangleweed extract and fucoidan extracted from sporophylls of Undaria pinnatifida is provided to get rid of sociopsychological stress by increasing secretion of noradrenaline by 15-20% and decreasing secretion of corticosterone by 25-55% and MHPG-SO4 by 20-25%. CONSTITUTION: The drink is prepared by the steps of: (i) extracting tangleweed in 60deg.C of hot water and getting fucoidan separated from sporophylls of Undaria pinnatifida and refined; (ii) mixing 0.2-10wt% of the tangleweed extract and the 0.1-3.0wt% of the fucoidan with 0.01-5.0wt% of arginine, taurine, tyrosine and typtophan; (iii) adding 0.1-5.0wt% of bamboo shoot, soybean germ, ethanol extracted shiitake mushroom powder, ginger juice, citric acid and sorbitol and 0.1-10wt% of white sugar and fructose to the mixture; and then (iv) centrifuging the mixture for 10mins and getting a stress relieving drink from the supernatant.
