摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of rapid set latex modified concrete with short curing time, early-stage strength and impermeability by adding an antifoaming agent and a latex resin to conventional rapid set concrete. CONSTITUTION: The composition used for urgent repairing of concrete structure and roads comprises 100pts.wt. of rapid set cement, 200-300pts.wt. of fine aggregates, 170-230pts.wt. of coarse aggregates, 90-110pts.wt. of water, 0.02-0.05pts.wt. of retardant, 35-60pts.wt. of latex resin, and 2-15pts.wt. of antifoaming agent. The composition is prepared by mixing rapid set cement, coarse and fine aggregates, and retardant-added water, adding a mixture of antifoaming agent and latex resin, mixing 1min, exposing to air to remove formed air, and mixing for 30sec.
