摘要： PURPOSE: An X-ray computer tomographic device and a video diagnostic device are provided to diagnose the fatness of an organ at a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION: The device for generating an X-ray tomographic image comprises:a threshold range determiner for entering a CT value of the subcutaneous fat area in the X-ray tomographic image to determine the threshold range; a measurement starting point determiner for entering one point in the subcutaneous fat area in the image; a subcutaneous fat pixel searcher for searching for pixels in one area of the X-ray tomographic image composed of continuous pixels having a CT value within the threshold range and including the measurement starting point, the subcutaneous fat pixel searcher determining the pixels as the subcutaneous fat pixel; a visceral fat pixel searcher for searching for pixels in the X-ray tomographic image that have a CT value within the threshold range and are not the subcutaneous fat pixels, the visceral fat pixel determining the pixels as the visceral fat pixels; a fat area image display for displaying either of the subcutaneous fat pixels or the visceral fat pixels in a discriminate mode; an area ratio calculator for calculating the area ratio of the subcutaneous fat pixels to the visceral fat pixels; a histogram generator for generating either of a histogram having the CT value of the subcutaneous fat pixels or a histogram having the CT value of the visceral fat pixels; and a display for displaying the area ratio and the histogram together with the fat area image on the same screen.
