    • PURPOSE: A variable oil pump is provided to use a solenoid valve to control a relief valve at a high or low speed, thereby controlling the pressure of a pump outlet variably at the same time with reducing the pressure of the pump outlet with two steps. CONSTITUTION: A variable oil pump includes a housing(10), an outlet(15), a slider(20), an elastomer(25), a rotor(30), a relief unit(35), and a solenoid valve. The outlet is connected with a hydraulic chamber(12) of the housing so that oil pressurized by the rotation of the rotor can be discharged. The slider is installed in the hydraulic chamber inside the housing, and rotatable around a pivot(11). A rotor has multiple vanes(31) formed in all directions, and is rotatable in the inside of the slider. The relief unit relieves the hydraulic pressure to prevent the hydraulic pressure at the outlet from increasing further. The solenoid valve allows or blocks the oil in the hydraulic chamber to be supplied into a relief path(13).

    • PURPOSE: An electromagnetic clutch of a water pump is provided to enable the magnetic line on a coil to be concentrated on a free wheel clutch and a yoke since slipping between clutch parts is prevented and the rotation of a main clutch does not have an impact on an inactive driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic clutch of a water pump comprises a thrust needle bearing(102) and a conductor ring(103). The thrust needle bearing is interposed between the end of a clutch lock(15), which is integrated with a free wheel clutch(5), and the support bearing of a driving shaft(2). The thrust needle bearing blocks power transfer. The conductor ring is interposed between a coil(4) and the free wheel clutch. The conductor ring can intensively guide a magnetic line on the coil to the free wheel clutch.
