    • PURPOSE: A chemosensor having selectivity for hydrazine is provided to be used as a selective turn on type fluorescence sensor as the fluorescence intensity is remarkably increased by deprotection reaction in which the lebulinyl group is cut by hydrazine, and to detect the hydrazine with the naked eye using color reaction. CONSTITUTION: A compound represented by the chemical formula 1 is provided. The compound of the chemical formula 1 is the compound represented by the below chemical formula 1a. A sensor for detecting hydrazine comprises a compound represented by the chemical formula 2. A composition for detecting hydrazine comprises: the compound represented by the below chemical formula 2; and a mixed solution containing acetate buffer solution and DMSO aqueous solution. A method for detecting hydrazine is to use the above sensor. Hydrazine is detected by reacting the sensor with the sample containing hydrazine under the solution mixing the acetate buffer solution having a pH of 3-6 and 1-99% of DMSO aqueous solution.

    • PURPOSE: A method for real time measurement of hydrolase or inhibitor thereof using stabilized gold nanoparticles is provided to enable screening hydrolase inhibitor with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for real time measurement of enzyme activity using gold nanoparticles comprises: a step of preparing a mixture solution containing stabilized gold nanoparticles and enzyme reactive substrate; and a step of adding hydrolase to the mixture solution to measure color change. The gold nanoparticles are stabilized by nucleotides, DNA, detergent or polymers. The hydrolase is protease, galatosidase or phophatase. A method for measuring enzyme inhibitor activity using gold nanoparticles comprises: a step of preparing a mixture solution containing stabilized gold nanoparticles, enzyme reactive substrate and enzyme inhibitor; a step of adding a hydrolase; and a step of measuring color change.
