    • PURPOSE: A high heat-radiating particle is provided to have excellent insulating performance while maintaining high heat conductivity and to form heat conductive paths for connecting heat conductive fillers in an adhesive composition, thereby improving heat-radiating performance. CONSTITUTION: A high heat-radiating particle comprises a carbon-based substrate; and a metal hydroxide material layer formed on the surface of the carbon-based substrate; and one or more coating layers selected from a metal oxide layer, a mixture layer of metal hydroxide and metal oxide. A manufacturing method of the high heat-radiating particle comprises a step of treating a carbon-based substrate with a strong acid; a step of treating the carbon-based substrate with a reducing agent; a step of conducting reaction of the carbon-based substrate and a precursor solution of the metal hydroxide or metal oxide; and a step of heat-treating the reaction product.
