    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester fiber is provided, which has deodorization, hygroscopic property, inhibition of electrostatic generation, radiation of far infrared ray and absorption of electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: The polyester fiber is obtained by adding and mixing 2-10wt. of micro charcoal having 0.1-1μm of mean particle diameter and 200-500m¬2/g of internal surface area and 0.1-10wt. of silane group compound(formula 1 : H2NXSi(OR)n) as an inhibitor of pressure rising, followed by melt-spinning. In the formula 1, X represents C1-C10; R represents C1-C5; and n is an integer of 1-5. The inhibitor of pressure rising is selected from a group containing amino methyl tri-methoxy silane, amino methyl tri-ethoxy silane, 2-amino ethyl tri-methoxy silane, 2-amino ethyl tri-ethoxy silane, 3-amino propyl tri-methoxy silane, 3-amino propyl tri-ethoxy silane, 4-amino butyl tri-methoxy silane, 4-amino butyl tri-ethoxy silane, 5-amino pentyl tri-methoxy silane and 5-amino pentyl tri-ethoxy silane.
