    • PURPOSE: The titled fiber is provided by mixing polytrimethylene terephthalate and an alkali-soluble polyester in a distribution plate of a spinning pack, spinning, processing the spun yarn to a nonwoven fabric, a textile fabric or a knitting and then dissolving the alkali-soluble polyester in an alkali solution. Functional artificial leather having excellent touch feeling and extension recovery properties is obtained because the fiber has excellent alkali resistance, high extension recovery rate and low young's modulus and touch feeling similar to that of nylon. CONSTITUTION: This conjugate fiber comprises polytrimethylene terephthalate as a matrix component(A) and an alkali-soluble polyester as a soluble component(B), has a weight ratio of A/B in a range of 40/60 to 90/10 and fineness of 0.1 to 0.001 denier after alkali dissolution. An apparatus for spinning pack is composed of: a first distribution plate(1) containing 11 to 21 flow channels for supplying two components; a second distribution plate(2) containing a collecting tank(3) which communicates through the flow channel; a third distribution plate(5) containing a water storage tank(6) and a guide hole(7); and a spinneret(8) containing a collecting tank(9), a guide hole(10) and a discharge hole(11).

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester fiber is provided, which has deodorization, hygroscopic property, inhibition of electrostatic generation, radiation of far infrared ray and absorption of electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: The polyester fiber is obtained by adding and mixing 2-10wt. of micro charcoal having 0.1-1μm of mean particle diameter and 200-500m¬2/g of internal surface area and 0.1-10wt. of silane group compound(formula 1 : H2NXSi(OR)n) as an inhibitor of pressure rising, followed by melt-spinning. In the formula 1, X represents C1-C10; R represents C1-C5; and n is an integer of 1-5. The inhibitor of pressure rising is selected from a group containing amino methyl tri-methoxy silane, amino methyl tri-ethoxy silane, 2-amino ethyl tri-methoxy silane, 2-amino ethyl tri-ethoxy silane, 3-amino propyl tri-methoxy silane, 3-amino propyl tri-ethoxy silane, 4-amino butyl tri-methoxy silane, 4-amino butyl tri-ethoxy silane, 5-amino pentyl tri-methoxy silane and 5-amino pentyl tri-ethoxy silane.
