摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying compressed high purity air is provided to produce the dried high purity air in which foreign materials are removed as insulating gas instead of SF6 which is used in an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying compressed high purity air includes an air compression part(200), a frozen drying part(300) drying and freezing the compressed air through the air compression part, and a first adsorption drying part(400) drying and adsorbing the dried air as an adsorbent. In a vacuum condition, a second absorption drying part(500) dries the air through the first adsorption drying part. A plurality of filter parts(710,720,730,740) is equipped on an outlet of the second adsorption drying part.
