    • PURPOSE: An electronic control unit for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to extend the lifetime of a fuel cell by intermittently operating a fuel cell generation module for starting stop. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(20) outputs a control signal for controlling the drive of a vehicle. A regulator(10) generates a signal for starting a central processing unit. An RTC IC(Real Time Clock IC)(30) is connected in parallel with a starting key signal input unit. The RTC IC generates an event signal for starting the operation of a regulator at regular time when the starting key signal of the vehicle is off. A diode is connected in parallel between the starting key signal input unit and the RTC IC.

    • PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge protection device of a high voltage cell voltage measuring device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs using a general varistor or TVS(Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode as a connector. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal lines(31) is connected between a fuel cell for a vehicle(20) and a high voltage cell voltage measuring device(10). A plurality of TVS diodes(50) is electrically connected between a plurality of signal lines. A high voltage capacitor(60) is connected between a ground line and one of signal lines. A high voltage capacitor is used as EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) or EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility) bypass path.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a high voltage of a fuel cell stack using an isolated capacitor is provided to simplify a structure of a circuit by using a voltage-dividing resistance, a switching element, and a capacitor without using a conventional insulated IC. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a high voltage of a fuel cell stack includes voltage-dividing resistances(R1,R2), a first switch(SW1), a second switch(SW2), and a capacitor(C1). The voltage-dividing resistances are installed between both ends a plurality of cells(Cell) of a battery unit body(10). The first switch and the second switch are connected to a power source route among the voltage-dividing resistances and a CPU(30). The capacitor is connected to both ends of the cells between the first switch and the second switch. The first switch and the second are turned on/off switch are turned on/off in opposite to each other according to a control signal of the CPU. The first switch and the second switch are composed of relays.
