    • PURPOSE: A method for treating marine dredged soil using dual step-based high degree oxidation washing method is provided to reduce the amount of used acid/base and surfactants functioning as solvents for treating heavy metals and organic materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating marine dredged soil using a dual step-based high degree oxidation washing method includes the following: Foreign materials are separated from marine dredged soil, and primary particle soil and primary granule soil are classified. Hydrogen peroxide is added to the classified primary particle soil and ultrasound wave is applied to the classified primary particle soil to be washed. Second particle soil and second granule soil are classified. Third particle soil and third granule soil are classified. Polyaluminum chloride, sodium hydroxide, and a polymer coagulant are added to the classified third particle soil to be neutralized and coagulated.
