    • A local heating system according to the present invention includes a boiler producing hot water for heating; a water supply pipe for supplying the hot water; a hot water pipe buried in a room; a return water pipe for returning the hot water to the boiler; a circulation pump for forcibly flowing the hot water; a bypass pipe installed between the water supply pipe and the return water pipe; a three-way valve including a discharge unit connected to the boiler, a first intake unit connected to the hot water pipe, and a second intake unit connected to the bypass pipe; a three-way valve driving actuator which controls the extent of opening the three-way valve and varies an inner flow passage of the three-way valve; a return water flowmeter for detecting a return water amount (Qr) of the hot water via the return water pipe; a bypass flowmeter for detecting a bypass amount of the hot water via the bypass pipe; and a controller controlling the circulation pump and the three-way valve driving actuator. The controller maintains the total amount of the hot water returned to the boiler equal to or greater than an operation minimum amount (Qm) of the hot water returned to the boiler via the hot water pipe by bypassing the hot water to the boiler via the bypass pipe when the return water amount (Qr) is less than the operation minimum amount (Qm).     • 본 고안은 웹가이딩시스템용 엘이디램프에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일정면적으로 유입되는 제품의 센터위치를 제어하기 위한 웹가이딩시스템에 사용되는 램프를 엘이디로 형성하고, 제품이 자연스럽게 전달될 수 있도록 형성된 엘이디램프에 관한 것이다.
      상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 고안은 원통형의 불투명 관형상의 몸체의 가운데에 다수개의 베어링이 형성되고, 몸체의 내부에 다수개의 엘이디가 베어링의 좌우로 형성되며, 상기 엘이디의 상단에는 몸체의 표면에 평평하게 형성된 발광창이 형성되며, 상기 몸체의 일측에는 연결부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 구성된다.
      본 고안의 웹가이딩시스템용 엘이디램프에 의하면 부품의 내구성이 강하고, 일체로 된 부품으로 간단하게 교환이 가능하며, 베어링이송부가 형성되어 제품의 흐름에 전혀 방해를 주지 않아서 생산성을 높이는 효과가 발생한다.
