    • PURPOSE: A steel composite structure and a construction method thereof are provided to use as a reinforcing rod structure by maintaining the width and the height and carry out the minute construction of a steel pipe by integrating three or more pipes and press-constructing the pipes. CONSTITUTION: A steel composite structure(100) comprises a steel pipe assembly, and a reinforcing rod. A plurality of steel pipe assemblies(110) are inserted into the steel pipes and footing bar arrangement holes are formed along the width direction of the steel pipe assemblies. A reinforcing rod(120) is arranged along the traverse direction through the footing bar arrangement hole of the steel pipe assembly. The reinforcing rod is joined with other reinforcing rods inserted into the steel pipe assembly. The reinforcing rod is inserted into the steel pipe assembly, and a plurality of steel pipe assemblies are successively pressed and are joined with the reinforcing rod inside the steel pipe assembly.

      본 발명에 의한 지중 강관 구조물 시공 방법은, 지중 구조물의 형태를 따라 다수의 강관을 전후 방향을 압입 추진하여 강관 루프 구조체를 시공하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에 의해 시공된 강관 루프 구조체의 안쪽 토사를 굴토하여 지중 구조물의 공간을 형성하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계 이후 상기 강관 루프 구조체의 저면에 상기 강관 루프 구조체의 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 상기 강관 루프 구조체와 직교하는 방향으로 루프구조체 지지수단을 시공하는 제3단계와; 상기 제3단계에서 설치된 루프구조체 지지수단들의 사이를 마감하는 제4단계를 포함하고, 상기 제3단계에서 상기 루프구조체 지지수단은 지지강관의 내부에 강선을 삽입한 후 이 강선을 인장하여 선하중을 가한 상태에서 상기 지지강관 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하고 상기 지지강관의 외부로 돌출된 상기 강선을 절단하여 제조된다.

    • A steel pipe roof structure and a construction method thereof are provided to hammer a structure body, comprising steel pipes which are connected with each other by steel connection members, into the ground at once. A steel pipe roof structure comprises a plurality of steel pipes(20), a fixture, curved connection members(30), nipples(40), and a plurality of supports(60). The steel pipes are separated from each other at a regular interval, each provided with a communication hole. Filling materials are fed through the communication hole. The fixture includes reinforcing bars which are inserted into the communication holes. The connection members are attached to upper and lower parts of the steel pipe between the steel pipes. The nipple is attached to at the rear part of upper or lower connection member, or attached to at the upper or lower rear part of the steel pipe. The supports are installed between the connection members, separated from each other to support the connection members.

The bit head is provided with elliptical holes(122,132) to move the eccentric shafts as much as the space of the holes and to prevent axial separation and to make rotation at the appointed interval and divided into a first bit head(120) and a second bit head(130) composed of first projections, first grooves, second projections, and second grooves, wherein the bit head is formed in a circle by engaging the projections and the grooves of the first bit head with the grooves and the projections of the second bit head to be widened in the opposite direction to be larger than the diameter of a steel pipe(105) when press-fitting and propelling a steel pipe in the earth.
