If withdrawal in cash is selected as the withdrawal type, the desired amount of cash is withdrew by interworking with the card information received to the ATM(840A). If electronic cash is selected, the ATM(840A) transmits a currency value corresponding to the entered amount to the mobile terminal(830A) for transfer. And the transferred electronic cash is exchanged with the other mobile terminal(830B).

When an issue of a card is requested, a management number(K1) for an electronic wallet and a telephone number(MIN1) of the mobile communication terminal are received. The financial information is coded and the coded financial information and the inputted telephone number(MIN1) are coded using the inputted inherent management number(K1) for an electronic wallet of the client as a symmetric key. The coded information is stored in the mobile communication terminal.
