    • Pigment dispersion is provided to improve dispersion stability, storage stability and profitability and not to induce the environmental contamination. Pigment dispersion comprises pigment surface-modified with a pigment derivative of the chemical formula 1, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent.     • The present invention relates to a method for pickling a surface of a steel plate with a mixed acid solution without nitric acid in low temperatures at a high speed for manufacturing an austenite type stainless cold rolled steel plate which needs a high surface quality. Provided is a high chrome austenite type stainless cold rolled steel plate for removing a silicon oxide from a cold rolled steel plate by dipping the cold rolled steel plate in a mixed acid solution which practically does not contain an iron ion, and contains 110-150 g/l of sulfuric acid, 25-40 g/l of free hydrofluoric acid, and more than or equal to 5.5 g/l of a hydrogen peroxide concentration in an initial composition, and does not contain nitric acid. According to the present invention, since nitric acid is not contained when an austenite type stainless cold rolled steel plate is pickled, the process is capable of reducing burden of installation of DeNOx facilities, and NOx removal facilities. Furthermore, the process is easily controlled, and suitable for high speed manufacture since pickling can be controlled by a hydrogen peroxide concentration and a hydrofluoric acid concentration. After pickling, since a quality is increased in comparison with a conventional pickling method, an austenite type stainless cold rolled steel plate with an excellent quality can be manufactured.     • PURPOSE: A horizontal tension and compression tester is provided to analyze the tension-compression movement of a sample while horizontally arranging the sample on a support, thereby easily and accurately aligning the sample. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal tension and compression tester comprises a sample support(110), a first clamping unit(112), a second clamping member(114), a dynamic load unit(130), a detection unit, and a heater unit. The sample support supports the bottom surface of the sample to be horizontally arranged. The first clamping unit clamps one side of the sample placed on the sample supporting unit. The second clamping member clamps the other side of the sample placed on the sample supporting unit and is installed to be movable in a horizontal direction. The dynamic load unit moves the second clamping unit so that tension or compression is applied to the sample. The detection unit detects a change in a load and a transformed state of the sample caused by the operation of the dynamic load unit. The heater unit is installed to be in contact with the sample support and heats the sample.
