    • PURPOSE: A burner for burning two kinds of fuels is provided to use alternative fuel when a standard fuel is insufficient since two kinds of fuels are supplied simultaneously or successively. CONSTITUTION: A burner for burning two kinds of fuels(100) comprises a burner body(110) and first and second fuel supply pipes(120,130). The burner body supplies air for combustion to one side thereof and discharges air to the other side thereof. A partition wall(110a) is installed inside the burner body, and first and second air channels(111,112) are formed independently therein. The first fuel supply pipe passes through one side of the burner body, and a first fuel supply nozzle(121) is formed inside the first air channel toward the direction of exhaust air. The second fuel supply pipe passes through one side of the first fuel supply pipe, and a second fuel nozzle(140) is formed inside the first fuel supply pipe toward the exhaust direction of the air.

    • PURPOSE: A method for pre-reduction and sensible heat recovery of hot sinter is provided to enhance the efficiency of reduction gas by recirculating reduction off-gas in a reduction furnace and to control heat recovery amount through the control of circulation amount by independently supplying circulation nitrogen to a cooled reactor. CONSTITUTION: A method for pre-reduction and sensible heat recovery of hot sinter comprises the following steps: transferring crushed hot sinter(22) to a reduction furnace; pre-reducing a part of the hot sinter by supplying reduction gas to the reduction furnace(30); putting the partly reduced sinter into a cooled reactor(50); cooling the partly reduced sinter by supplying nitrogen to the cooled reactor; putting the cooled reduced sinter into a blast furnace; and recovering sensible heat of reduction gas having an increased temperature due to the hot sinter in a pre-reduction process of the hot sinter.

    • A partial combustion type oxygen preheating burner is provided to improve the cooling performance of a burner by securing a separate cooling space, to control the flow rate of oxygen for combustion and oxygen for cooling by supplying oxygen for combustion and oxygen for cooling to a burner individually or separately, thereby to cool down a burner stably and to improve heat resistance, and to prevent the high temperature damage of a combustion tube and an outer tube exposed to flames in a high load combustion. A partial combustion type oxygen preheating burner(1) comprises a fuel supply tube(10) supplied with fuel from the outside and provided with a fuel nozzle(11) at the end, an oxygen supply tube for combustion(30) provided with an oxygen supply port for combustion(31) to be supplied with oxygen for combustion, an outer tube(50) provided with an oxygen supply port for cooling(57) to be supplied with oxygen for cooling and a high-temperature oxygen outlet(55) having a straight tube portion(51) going straight toward the front and an outer tube contraction portion(53) at the end of the straight tube portion, and an oxygen distribution plate(70) fitted with the fuel nozzle of the fuel supply tube at the center and provided with an oxygen nozzle for combustion(71) on the circumference of the outside, an oxygen tube(73) projected toward the front on the outer circumference of the oxygen nozzle for combustion and an oxygen nozzle for cooling(75) on the outer circumference of the combustion tube.

    • 본 발명은 아연도금강판 생산공정에서 강판 모서리를 가열하는 슬릿형 순 산소 버너에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명은 상하로 배치된 다수의 연료 분사 구를 전면에 형성하고, 상기 연료 분사 구에 기체 연료를 공급하는 연료 분사 통을 갖는 연료 분사 부; 상기 연료 분사 구의 양측에 나란하게 상하로 배치된 다수의 산소 분사 구를 전면에 형성하고, 상기 산소 분사 구에 순 산소를 공급하는 산소 분사 통을 상기 연료 분사 통의 외측에 갖는 산소 분사 부; 및 상기 연료 분사 구에 인접하여 배치되어 화염을 착화시키는 점화기;를 포함하여 고온의 청염(blue flame)을 슬릿 형으로 분사시키는 아연도금강판의 모서리 가열을 위한 슬릿형 순 산소 버너를 제공한다.
      본 발명에 의하면 순 산소를 산화제로 이용하기 때문에 화염이 고온화되어 강판 모서리의 보다 빠른 가열이 가능하다. 뿐만 아니라 버너가 슬릿형으로 이루어지기 때문에 좁고 상하 방향으로 긴 타원형의 화염을 얻을 수 있음으로써 강판 모서리만을 가열하기에 적합하고, 강판에 화염 불완전 연소에 의한 미연소 성분이 부착되는 것을 방지할 수 있어서 고품질의 아연도금 강판을 얻을 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A defoaming apparatus of metal strip cleaning line is provided to reduce consumption of cleaning solution, maintain comfortable working environment and prevent corrosion of facility due to alkaline bubbles by breaking bubbles in circulation storage tank, thereby preventing alkali bubbling solution from overflowing to the outside. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a defoaming tank(11) in which an inner space having a certain size is formed so that the inner space is communicated with a circulation storage tank(111) for temporarily storing the cleaning solution to circulate cleaning solution, and into which bubbles along with the cleaning solution of the circulation storage tank are flown; a centrifugal defoaming machine(20) installed in an upper part of the defoaming tank, wherein the centrifugal defoaming machine comprises defoaming blades rotated by motor member to break and discharge the bubbles by coercively sucking bubbles on the surface of the cleaning solution filled in the defoaming tank; perforated plate meshes(15) at least one or more of which are vertically formed in a partition shape at the rear side in the defoaming tank, and on which a plural through holes having a certain size are formed to remove bubbles that are not debubbled in the centrifugal defoaming machine before transferring the cleaning solution filled in the defoaming tank to the circulation storage tank by a transfer pump(16); a cooling water circulation coil(14) installed on the lower surface inside the defoaming tank to drop temperature of the cleaning solution by circulating cooling water of an ordinary temperature in order to remove fine bubbles and suppress regeneration of bubbles in the transfer process by the transfer pump; and an excess bubble buffer supply tank(12) installed in front of the defoaming tank to continuously supply the excess bubbles to a side of the centrifugal defoaming machine by temporarily storing excess bubbles when a large amount of bubbles are instantaneously supplied.
