    • PURPOSE: A defoaming apparatus of metal strip cleaning line is provided to reduce consumption of cleaning solution, maintain comfortable working environment and prevent corrosion of facility due to alkaline bubbles by breaking bubbles in circulation storage tank, thereby preventing alkali bubbling solution from overflowing to the outside. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a defoaming tank(11) in which an inner space having a certain size is formed so that the inner space is communicated with a circulation storage tank(111) for temporarily storing the cleaning solution to circulate cleaning solution, and into which bubbles along with the cleaning solution of the circulation storage tank are flown; a centrifugal defoaming machine(20) installed in an upper part of the defoaming tank, wherein the centrifugal defoaming machine comprises defoaming blades rotated by motor member to break and discharge the bubbles by coercively sucking bubbles on the surface of the cleaning solution filled in the defoaming tank; perforated plate meshes(15) at least one or more of which are vertically formed in a partition shape at the rear side in the defoaming tank, and on which a plural through holes having a certain size are formed to remove bubbles that are not debubbled in the centrifugal defoaming machine before transferring the cleaning solution filled in the defoaming tank to the circulation storage tank by a transfer pump(16); a cooling water circulation coil(14) installed on the lower surface inside the defoaming tank to drop temperature of the cleaning solution by circulating cooling water of an ordinary temperature in order to remove fine bubbles and suppress regeneration of bubbles in the transfer process by the transfer pump; and an excess bubble buffer supply tank(12) installed in front of the defoaming tank to continuously supply the excess bubbles to a side of the centrifugal defoaming machine by temporarily storing excess bubbles when a large amount of bubbles are instantaneously supplied.

CONSTITUTION: The debubbling apparatus(1) of strip cleaning line comprises a main body part(10) comprising a debubbling tank(11) which is connected to circulation storage tank(111) by means of communicating pipe(11a), and in which a certain sized inner space is formed so that bubbles along with cleaning solution of the circulation storage tank are flown in the debubbling tank; first bubble breaking part(20) comprising a bubble breaking chamber(21) on a lower surface of which an inlet is formed, wherein the lower surface of the bubble breaking chamber corresponds to the surface of the water of the debubbling tank, and a motor member(23) for rotationally driving bubble breaking blades installed in the bubble breaking chamber so as to suck and break bubbles forcibly flown in the bubble breaking chamber and discharge cleaning solution changed into water drop through a discharge port of the bubble breaking chamber; second bubble breaking part(30) comprising a suction blower(50) communicatingly installed on an upper part of the debubbling tank to form negative pressure, and perforated plates(36a,36b) at least one or more of which are vertically installed at a rear part of the debubbling tank so as to remove bubbles guided to the rear side by suction force of the suction blower; and a controller for receiving measured values of a level sensor(12) for sensing the water level of the cleaning solution filled in the debubbling tank, receiving measured values of a thermometer(13a) for measuring temperature of the cleaning solution in the debubbling tank and controlling operation of a circulation pump(19) for supplying the cleaning solution into the circulation storage tank.

    • PURPOSE: A method for burning waste oil of an emulsion phase and an apparatus for performing the same are provided to easily treat mixture containing wet having the emulsion phase while pressurizing COG gas. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion phase mixture(11) containing wet and impurities is collected in a reservoir(10). The first steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(20) is connected to the reservoir(10). An oil removing apparatus(25) for separating waste oil from condensing water is attached to the steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(20). The second steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(50) is connected to a steam-heating type oil reservoir(30) which stores waste oil. An air pump(60) for conveying high pressurized oil is installed in the steam-heating type oil reservoir(30). The air pump(60) is connected to a cokes oven gas range(61) through an oil receiving nozzle formed on an air pipe of a COG gas supplying line.
