    • PURPOSE: A vortex tube and a supporting method thereof are provided to prevent generation of temperature gradient through the whole vortex tube. CONSTITUTION: A supporting method of vortex tubes comprises the following steps: interposing settling stands(30) between a flange of a top pipe and a flange(20) of a cyclone; placing the vortex tubes(40) on a settling stand without being arrested; and buffer materials(50) are placed between the flange of the top pipe and the settling stand or the flange of the cyclone and the settling stand. The flange of the vortex tube which is placed on the settling stand and inner side of the top pipe has free play of 10mm. The flange of the top pipe and the flange of the cyclone are connected by bolts or a welding. The settling stand is formed into with the cyclone.

An agglomerate manufacturing apparatus(100), comprising a charging hopper(10), screw feeders(20) and a pair of rolls, is characterized in that each of the screw feeders comprises a central shaft(21) that is extended and mounted along an inlet through which iron fines flow into the charging hopper and an outlet through which the iron fines are discharged from the charging hopper, and a screw(23) extended to a predetermined length along the central shaft from the lower end of the central shaft at the outlet side of the charging hopper to the inlet side of the charging hopper such that a projected cross-sectional area of an upper portion of the central shaft is larger than that of a lower portion of the central shaft. The screw feeders additionally include scrapers(25) projected to an outer side of the length direction of the central shaft rotated together with the central shaft to remove iron fines adhered to an inner wall of the charging hopper.
