The rotational structure (140) includes: a moving axis (141) which rotates while being connected to the axis (121) of the rotational handle (120) and has a spiral groove (141a) to which a stopper (150) fixated onto the rail member (130) formed along the outer circumferential surface is inserted; a moving member (142) placed on the top of the moving axis (141), is connected to the eccentric member (113), and linearly moves as the eccentric member (113) rotates; and an elevation member (146) which moves up or down as the moving member (142) moves and controls the movement of the moving axis (141).
