According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hot rolling steel sheet manufacturing method includes a step of forming a slab by continuously casting molten steel; a step of forming a primarily rolled material by primarily rolling the slab; a step of performing induction heating on the primarily rolled material; and a step of forming a secondarily rolled material by secondarily rolling the primarily rolled material; and a step for forming the hot rolled steel sheet by cooling the secondarily rolled material.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steel sheet having superior corrosion resistance, which includes the steps of preparing steel containing 0.01 to 0.07 wt% of C, 1.0 wt% or less of Si, 0.2 to 1.2 wt% of Mn, 0.2 to 1.0 wt% of Cu, 0.05 to 0.5 wt% of Cr, 0.1 wt% or less of P, 0.02 wt% or less of S, 0.02 wt% or less of N, 0.005 to 0.12 wt% of sol.Al, 0.2 wt% or less of Ca, the remaining amount consisting of Fe and other inevitable impurities and additionally containing one or more than two of 0.001 to 0.1 wt% of Ti, 0.001 to 0.1 wt% of Nb, 0.001 to 0.1 wt% of V, 0.3 wt% or less of Sb, and 0.2 wt% or less of Co; continuously casting the steel at a casting speed of 4.0 mpm or greater to make a slab; conducting roughing rolling for the slab to a temperature of 950 to 1100°C; reheating and heat-holding the slab to a temperature of 1000 to 1150°C; conducting finish rolling for the slab at an Ar3 transformation point or more; and continuously cooling the slab and winding the slab at a temperature of 500 to 700°C. According to the present invention, the surface defect caused by the cracks on the steel sheet by means of thin slab casting (high mill) does not occur, and moreover, corrosion resistance is improved.
