CONSTITUTION: A device for inducing a band roll in a dispenser comprises a curved roll(502) mounted on a knife body(503); a knife fixing shaft(506) inserted to an inserting hole; a knife cylinder connecting plate(512) contacting the knife body to a roll band; a bolt mounting hole combining a knife lower cover(505) to the knife body; a knife formed on a knife upper cover(501); a gap controlling hole(516) injecting a front end portion of the band roll into a strip inducing cover by moving a gap of a gap controlling roll; a knife cylinder(514) pulling the cylinder connecting plate by being mounted on a knife supporting base; a cylinder connecting bar(517) mounted on a front portion of a knife cylinder bar(513); a support cylinder installed on a lower portion of the knife supporting base; and a sensor detecting movement of the support cylinder. Thereby, the device for inducing the band roll in the dispenser fixes a coil by automatically removing a tape attached to the front-end portion of the band roll.

      본 발명에 의하면, 머드를 머드건에 장입하는 데 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있도록 해주면서도 에너지소비가 적고, 기존의 장치에 비해 작업생산성이 뛰어나며 작업자의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 해주고, 머드장착대의 머드가 미끄러지면서 이송유닛으로 내려올 수 있도록 하여 머드의 찌그러짐을 방지하며, 이송유닛으로 이동되는 머드의 정렬이 양호하게 이루어질 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A mud injection device is provided to improve the speed of a process by maintaining mud transferred to a transfer unit in an aligned state. CONSTITUTION: A mud injection device comprises a loading unit(200), a lifting unit(300), a push unit(400), an adjusting unit(500), and a transfer unit(600). Multiple muds are loaded on the loading unit. The lifting unit lifts the loading unit. The push unit presses the mud loaded on the loading unit to one side of the lifting unit. The adjusting unit is positioned corresponding to the loading unit by horizontally and vertically moving the push unit. The transfer unit is installed in one side of the lifting unit to transfer the muds separated from the loading unit to a mud gun.
