    • PURPOSE: A structure for a check valve of a variable-capacity compressor for a vehicle to prevent the inflow of foreign materials is provided to effectively prevent the inflow of foreign materials remaining in an air conditioning system into a compressor while the inflow of a refrigerant is not obstructed by installing a filter on the inner wall of a valve seat. CONSTITUTION: A structure for a check valve of a variable-capacity compressor for a vehicle comprises a first refrigerant outlet(31), a pair of second refrigerant outlets(32), a third refrigerant outlet(33), a refrigerant guide groove(21), and a filter. The first refrigerant outlet is longitudinally formed in the front side of a cylindrical body part of a valve case. The pair of second refrigerant outlets is formed in both sides of the cylindrical body part. The bottom of the second refrigerant outlets is higher than the bottom of the first refrigerant outlet. The third refrigerant outlet is formed on the cylindrical body part while facing the first refrigerant. The bottom of the third refrigerant outlet is higher than the bottom of the second refrigerant outlets. The refrigerant guide groove inclines upward on the inner wall of a valve seat. The filter is closely fixed on the inner wall of the valve seat to prevent the inflow of foreign materials remaining in an air conditioning system into the valve case through a refrigerant inlet.

    • The present invention relates to a capacity control valve of a variable capacity compressor. The capacity control valve according to the present invention includes a pressure-reducing unit in a suction room, a bellows contracting or relaxing according to the suction pressure of the suction room in the pressure-reducing unit wherein a valve moves linearly according to the contracting and relaxing of the bellows and a blocking ball comes into contact linearly with a flue upon the move of the valve in forming the flue of a crank room and the suction room. Accordingly, the working pressure and magnetic field of the capacity control valve can be adjusted while the blocking impact on the flue maximizes. When a solenoid works with the pressure of the suction room surpassing a preset level of pressure, the flue running from the crank room to the suction room in order to guide high pressure in the crank room towards the suction room while gas or liquid coolant pressured by being stored for a prolonged period of time in the crank room in a compressor after an air conditioner gets turned on to reduce the warming up time of not only the compressor but also the air conditioner.
