    • The present invention relates to a cooling injection device of a die casting mold inserted into a cooling hole of the die casting mold to inject cooling water and comprising a connection unit connected to slide into the cooling hole of the die casting mold; a cooling water inlet formed on the rear end of the connection unit; a cooling water injection unit formed on the front outer surface of the connection unit to inject the cooling water to the inner surface of the cooling hole; and a cooling water outlet formed on the rear end of the connection unit. Accordingly, the present invention improves cooling efficiency of the mold while extending lifetime of the mold as the cooling water is injected around the inner surface of the cooling hole by the cooling water injection unit, the cooling water is uniformly injected to the inner wall of the cooling hole, and the cooling efficiency of the cooling hole is improved.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for lubricating a sleeve for a plunger wherein a plunger reciprocally slides inside a sleeve for inserted with an extrudable material. The apparatus for lubricating a sleeve for a plunger includes: an oil inlet which penetrates the sleeve from the top through the inside, and which injects a lubricating oil into the sleeve; and oil grooves which is formed on the inner circumference of the sleeve, and which is dent, so as for the lubricating oil injected from the oil inlet can flow along the inner circumference. Therefore, by forming ingressions on the oil groove formed on the inner circumference of the sleeve and supplying the lubricating oil to the sliding portion between the sleeve and a plunger, the performance of lubrication can be improved and the consumption of the lubricating oil can be reduced at the same time.
