    • The present invention relates to a drywall structure which comprises: an upper runner part horizontally positioned at the upper side of a wall surface; a lower runner part positioned at the lower side of the wall surface and parallel to the upper runner part; multiple steel stud parts connecting the upper runner part and the lower runner part, mutually separated, and positioned on the wall surface; ventilation parts positioned along the upper runner part or the lower runner part, covering the parts of the upper runner part and the steel stud parts, and covering the parts of the lower runner part and the steel stud parts; multiple finishing board parts positioned between the ventilation parts, supported by the ventilation parts, and forming one plane, wherein the ventilation parts can ventilate a double space between the wall surface and the finishing board parts. According to the present invention, the double space between the drywall structure and the wall surface of an underground concrete retaining wall can be ventilated, the ventilation parts can be stably installed regardless of the conditions of the ceiling surface or the bottom surface of a space in which the drywall structure is installed, and the finishing board parts can be fixed without extra parts so that the constructability of the drywall structure is improved and then costs for the drywall structure is reduced.

The studs are installed at regular intervals on a partitioning surface which partitions an underground cutoff space. The upper and lower runners are separately joined to the top and bottom of the studs to ventilate the double space. The board is installed on the indoor side of the stud.
