摘要： PURPOSE: A water flow reducing device using a riverside water reservoir is provided to recycle water for all kinds of different amenities. CONSTITUTION: A water flow reducing device using a riverside water reservoir comprises a water reservoir(110), a rainwater pipeline(120), a filtering member(130), and a water draining member(140). The water reservoir is buried in a riverside and stores water. The rainwater pipeline receives rain water from the ground surface and transfers water to the reservoir. The water drain member pulls out the water from the water reservoir to the outside by using a water drain member. A drainpipe drains the water, which is stored in the water reservoir, to a river. A water drain controlling member controls the flow rate of the water drained to the water reservoir.

CONSTITUTION: A heating part heats a steel sheet(2). A pressure roller coats a polymer sheet on the heated steel sheet. A cooling tunnel decreases the temperature of the steel sheet passing through the pressure roller. An unloading unit unloads the coating-completed steel sheet. The heating part is formed by a heating tunnel(15). The heating tunnel includes a heater and at least one of a plurality of heating rollers(152a,152b). The heater heats the steel sheet in a non contact mode. The heating rolls heat the steel sheet in a contact mode.
