摘要： PURPOSE: A coating device of a macromolecule sheet for corrugation steel pipes is provided to minimize thermal deformation of a steel sheet according to the temperature deflection. CONSTITUTION: A heating part heats a steel sheet(2). A pressure roller coats a polymer sheet on the heated steel sheet. A cooling tunnel decreases the temperature of the steel sheet passing through the pressure roller. An unloading unit unloads the coating-completed steel sheet. The heating part is formed by a heating tunnel(15). The heating tunnel includes a heater and at least one of a plurality of heating rollers(152a,152b). The heater heats the steel sheet in a non contact mode. The heating rolls heat the steel sheet in a contact mode.

The water drain member pulls out the water from the water reservoir to the outside by using a water drain member. A drainpipe drains the water, which is stored in the water reservoir, to a river. A water drain controlling member controls the flow rate of the water drained to the water reservoir.
