    • PURPOSE: An inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos is provided to ensure excellent fire refractoriness and heat resistance while not containing volatile organic chemicals, high solidifying property with asbestos, and excellent bond to asbestos. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos comprises an inorganic binder of an aluminosilicate skeleton, an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane coupling agent, and water. Or the inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos comprises a reaction product bonded to silicon atoms of the coupling agent through oxygen atoms to aluminum atoms of the inorganic binder as a reaction product obtained by reacting the inorganic binder and the coupling agent in the presence of water. The inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos does not have volatile organic compounds with the proviso that the aminoalkyl group of the coupling agent is connected to the silicon atom by an Si-C bond and at least one amino group is positioned at the end of the aminoalkyl group opposite to carbon bonded to silicon atom.

The inorganic insulation layer is formed as the board type inorganic heat insulating material having glass surface or rock surface in order to have the thermal conductivity less than 00.1kcal /mh°C.

    • Provided is an eco-friendly urethane adhesive composition for producing sandwich panels, which contains no organic solvent so as to minimize emission of volatile organic compounds, and shows a high curing rate by adding imidazole based compound as curing accelerator to prevent interlayer separation of a sandwich panel after adhesion. The eco-friendly urethane adhesive composition comprises: a polyester polyol end-capped with a hydroxyl group as polycondensate of a polyol containing at least two OH groups and a polybasic acid containing at least two carboxylic acid groups; a curing agent formed of a diol as a chain extender for the polyol and a catalyst; a mixture of a diisocyanate with a diol as a base for an urethane adhesive; and an imidazole-based curing accelerator. The polyester polyol as an average molecular weight of 3,000-8,000, the diol and the catalyst are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-1, the polyester polyol and the mixture of the diol with the catalyst are used in a weight ratio of 10:1-5, the diisocyanate and the diol are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.05-5. The base materials for an urethane adhesive and the curing agent are used in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1, and the curing accelerant is used in an amount of 0.01-1 wt% based on the total weight of the composition.

    • 샌드위치패널 제조용 친환경형 우레탄계 접착제 조성물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 접착제 조성물은 접착제 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 5~22 중량%의 1,4-부탄디올, 0.5~2.5 중량%의 1,6-헥산디올, 2~5 중량%의 아디프산 및 3~16 중량%의 네오펜틸글라이콜에 의하여 축중합되는 폴리에스테르폴리올에 1~5 중량%의 1,4-부탄디올과 0.5~5 중량%의 디부틸틴디라우레이트의 혼합물을 첨가하고 30~100℃로 가열, 교반하여 제조된 경화제, 10~35 중량%의 디이소시아네이트, 1~5 중량%의 1,4-부탄디올, 35~50 중량%의 충진재 탄산칼슘, 및 0.02~1 중량%의 이미다졸계 경화촉진제를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 우레탄계 접착제 조성물은 측쇄반응을 이용하여 폴리에스테르폴리올 합성시 분자량을 조절하여 디이소시아네이트와 쇄연장체 혼합 첨가에 의해서 접착제로서의 특성을 가지며 유기용제 미함유로 인해서 VOC의 방출량을 최소화하였으며 경화촉진제 용도로 이미다졸계를 첨가하여 접착제의 경화속도를 단축하여 패널부착 후 부착면이 떨어지는 것을 개선한 패널제조용 친환경형 접착제이다.
