    • Peptides identified by a peroral phage display technique are provided to be effectively passed through an enterocyte layer through transcytosis mechanism and pass through M cells to induce absorption of macromolecules, thereby being used as an oral administering system and an oral vaccine delivery system with significantly increased absorption efficiency of a biological membrane. An enterocyte-transcytotic peptide includes an amino acid sequence of CSRTSDYQC or an amino acid sequence of CYAPGKSHC or an amino acid sequence of CQAPGESSC obtained by aligning peptide sequences and grouping them using an enterocyte-transcytotic peptide identified by phage display. A small intestine mucosa adhesive peptide includes an amino acid sequence of CTAPQHRQC or an amino acid sequence of CTTHQTRQC obtained by aligning peptide sequences and grouping them using the enterocyte-transcytotic peptide identified by phage display. A peptide for accelerating absorption of macromolecules includes an amino acid sequence of CKSTHPRIC or an amino acid sequence of CKSTTPRTC obtained by aligning peptide sequences and grouping them using a peptide for accelerating absorption of macromolecules selected by in vitro phage display. An oral administration system is characterized in that the peptide is introduced into a protein-based drug.
