    • PURPOSE: A novel mouth wash composition comprises specific molecular weight of aqueous chitosan instead of chemical antibiotic agents in the conventional mouth wash. The novel mouth wash has an improved efficacy and stability and improves oral hygiene. CONSTITUTION: A novel mouth wash is characterized by adding 0.01-1% of chitosan having 3,000-13,000 Da of molecular weight to a surfactant, a stabilizing agent, a sweetening agent, a flavoring agent, a colorant and a solvent. A preparation method of the mouth wash is characterized by the following steps of: obtaining albumen only from eggs and then diluting the albumen with distilled water; adding the diluted albumen to chitosan solution; homogenizing by warming up in a double boiler at 90°C for 30 minutes; centrifuging at 12,000 rpm for 10 minutes followed by collecting supernatant; and adding the supernatant to the conventional mouth wash comprising the components mentioned above. The multi-functional mouth wash has not only an antibiotic activity but also protection activity, such as inhibiting noxious effect of organic acid and promoting separation or inhibiting bond of hydroxyaptite and Streptococcus mutans, and treatment activity such as promoting reforming of oral soft tissue and osteoconduction.

CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of acechlophenac comprises the steps of: dissolving 5g(17mmol) of 2-£(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino|benzene acetate in 200ml of ethyl acetate, adding 0.5g of concentrated sulfuric acid, and shaking well; adding 4.9g(84mmol) of aryl alcohol, shaking by circulating, and reacting for 5hrs; cooling to room temperature, adding 200ml of water to wash organic layer; drying with magnesium sulfate, distilling under decompression to eliminate solvent; distillation-refining the residue under high-vacuumed state at 280°C to get dichlophenac aryl ester; reacting the dichlophenac aryl ester with ozone in a solvent at -10 to -90°C for 5 minutes-5 hrs to get 2-£(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino|phenyl acetoxy acetate(acechlophenac).

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing the propolis extract is provided, not to change the color, perfume and taste of the propolis extract during the preparation process and not to generate the precipitate during the long-term distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of extracting the raw proplis with 70% ethanol at the temperature of 44-46°C; adding a pH controlling agent to the extract to adjust the pH to be 6.0-7.0; adding protease, lipase, cellulase, amylase, glucoamylase, pectinase and lactase, and stirring the mixture for 10-15 hours; mixing the mixture with ethanol and filtering off the floating materials; and adding glycerin to the filtrate and stirring it. Preferably the pH controlling agent is citric acid. The ratio of glycerin to the propolis extract is 70-80 : 20-30 by weight.
