摘要： PURPOSE: A method for preparing the propolis extract is provided, not to change the color, perfume and taste of the propolis extract during the preparation process and not to generate the precipitate during the long-term distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of extracting the raw proplis with 70% ethanol at the temperature of 44-46°C; adding a pH controlling agent to the extract to adjust the pH to be 6.0-7.0; adding protease, lipase, cellulase, amylase, glucoamylase, pectinase and lactase, and stirring the mixture for 10-15 hours; mixing the mixture with ethanol and filtering off the floating materials; and adding glycerin to the filtrate and stirring it. Preferably the pH controlling agent is citric acid. The ratio of glycerin to the propolis extract is 70-80 : 20-30 by weight.

CONSTITUTION: Polyphenol extracted from apples has antioxidant property and prepared by the following steps of: obtaining fruit juice by washing malus pumila miller apples, breaking, and pressing; storing at 50°C for 24 hours and treating with pectinase GL; filtering, adsorbing to Sepabeads SP-850, and washing; erupting with 65% ethanol, concentrating eluent solution under reduced pressure, and filtering; adding dextrin BLD solution containing 60% of dextrin to concentrate, and spray-drying; separating the extract of apples by filtering particles mixed with 40% of the powder extract of apples and 60% of dextrin powder using magnet(12,000 gauss) and 30 mesh filter.
