    • PURPOSE: An expansion joint device for a bridge is provided to prevent foreign materials and water from flowing into the bridge by using a filtering member. CONSTITUTION: An expansion joint device for a bridge comprises unit finger plates(100), support members(200), first filtering members(300), a fastener, and second filtering members(400). Multiple fingers are formed in the unit finger plates so that the unit finger plates are interlocked with each other. A fastening member(210) and multiple anchors(220) are installed in the support members. The first filtering members are installed between the support members, and accept foreign materials and water. The fastener is penetrated through the fastening member, and couples the unit finger plates. The second filtering members are installed in the bottom side of the first filtering members.

CONSTITUTION: A bridge bearing replacing construction method using a wire saw comprises the steps for leveling the top of a pier(30) by detaching a coping(20) from a pier by using a wire saw; separating a bridge bearing(10) from a deck(40) of a bridge; arranging reinforcing bars(80) after installing plural set anchors(70) on the pier; forming anchor bolt grooves to be corresponded to anchor bolts of the bridge bearing; installing the bridge bearing between the pier and the bridge; and spreading mortar in the form after forming a form(50) in the circumference of the anchor bolt of the bridge bearing.

    • A bridge bearing apparatus having an earthquake-proof function is provided to compensate for displacement of an upper slab regardless of direction of displacement by employing a ring-shaped elastic member. A bridge bearing apparatus having an earthquake-proof function comprises first and second support members(10,30), a compressing pad or a bearing unit, and support member link units(70). The first support member is connected with a first structure. The second support member is connected with a second structure. The compressing pad or the bearing unit is disposed between the first and second support members. The support member link unit corresponds with displacement of the first and second structures, with being disposed between the first support member and the second support member to withstand vibration of two structures. Each support member link unit includes a link body(72), an elastic member(74), and a link member(76). The link body is connected with joint parts of the first and second support members. The elastic member is formed like a ring, and installed at the link body to correspond with displacement of the structure. The link member is inserted in the elastic member.
