    • An inspection & repair method and device for the lower part of an elevated road are provided to inspect and repair the elevated road as worker on a hoist moving the hoist along wires installed to the elevated road between two columns. An inspection & repair method for the lower part of an elevated road includes the steps of: fastening wire supports with anchor bolts and nuts to hold wires along a length direction of the elevated road; installing the wires to the wire supports; lifting two inspection & repair apparatuses with a crane up to the both lower sides of the elevated road; placing rollers of a hoist(40) installed to the inspection & repair apparatus on the wires, wherein workers climb down a ladder attached to the elevated road and load on the inspection & repair apparatus; actuating the hoist engaged to the wire to move the inspection & repair apparatus back and forth between two columns of the elevated road; and after finishing inspection and repairing unloading the workers from the inspection & repair apparatus, moving the inspection & repair apparatus to another place between different columns. The above steps are repeated until inspection and repairing about the elevator road is completed.

Sequentially, a fifth valve(86) is opened to permit grinding chips in the grinding chip reservoir tank to move along a flexible pipe(87) such that the grinding chips are sprayed through a nozzle(88). When a supply increase button of the remote controller is pressed, the gap of the fifth valve is expanded to increase the supply amount of grinding chips. When a supply decrease button of the remote controller is pressed, the gap of the fifth valve is reduced to decrease the supply amount of grinding chips. When a stop button is pressed, the fifth valve is closed and the second and first valves are closed simultaneously with the opening of the third valve to stop supply of grinding chips and discharge air pressure from the grinding chip reservoir tank.
