    • The present invention is a device for inspecting a connection state between an electrode terminal and a bus bar welding unit of a battery module assembly. A welding inspection device includes an insertion unit inserted between the electrode terminal and a bus bar; a grip disposed opposite to the insertion unit and applying torque to the insertion unit; and a measurement unit disposed between the insertion unit and the grip and displaying the size of the torque applied to the insertion unit. The welding inspection device can check the defects of the welding unit by the shape deformation of the electrode terminal and the bus bar by applying torque by the grip while placing the insertion unit between the electrode terminal and the bus bar.

    • PURPOSE: A welding inspection apparatus with novel structure is provided to test a welding state by the quantified numerical value. CONSTITUTION: A welding inspection apparatus (300) with novel structure includes an insertion portion (310), a grip (320), and a measurement portion (330). The insertion portion is inserted between an electrode terminal (101) of a battery module assembly and a bas bar (222). The grip is positioned at the opposite side to the insertion portion, and applies torque with respect to the insertion portion. The measurement portion is positioned between the insertion portion and the grip, and displays the magnitude of torque applied to the insertion portion. In a state where the insertion portion is positioned between the electrode terminal and the bus bar, the torque is applied to the grip, and the fault of welding portion is confirmed by the deformation of the electrode terminal and the bus bar.
