    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a secondary battery is provided to remarkably improve productivity by forming a sealing part through infra red ray irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a secondary battery by thermal setting sealing while an electrode assembly is mounted in a pouch type battery case(120) comprises: a step of forming a sealing part by melting sealant layers(120c) adhered each other by irradiating infrared rays to a predetermined sealing part at the outer circumference of an electrode assembly accepting part while an electrode assembly is mounted into a pouch type battery case. The battery case consists of an outermost layer(120a) of polymer resin, a blocking metal layer(120b), and a laminate sheet containing a thermosetting resin sealant layer, and comprises an electrode assembly accepting part(123).
