    • PURPOSE: A silicon-polymer composite, a manufacturing method thereof, and a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery including thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the thickness increasing rate of the electrode by the rechargeable reaction of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A silicon-polymer composite includes silica particulates dispersed in a polymer matrix. A manufacturing method of the silicon-polymer composite comprises the following steps: preparing a monomer mixture containing a conductive additive, a monomer, and the silica particulates; inserting the monomer mixture to a solution containing a water-based dispersion, and adding the shear force for suspension polymerizing; and washing and collecting the polymerization reaction outcome.

    • PURPOSE: An organosilicate polymer, its preparation method, a coating composition containing the polymer for the formation of an insulating film of semiconductor, a preparation method of an insulating film using the composition, an insulating film prepared by the method and a semiconductor device containing the insulating film are provided, to reduce the dielectric characteristic of the polymer and to improve the insulation and the mechanical properties of the film prepared by using the polymer. CONSTITUTION: The organosilicate polymer comprises the oxidation or hydrolysis polycondensation product of the cyclic hydridosilane represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 is H, F, an aryl group, a vinyl group, an allyl group or a linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C4 substituted or unsubstituted with F; and k and l are independently an integer of 3-10. The organosilicate polymer is prepared by partially substituting the hydrogen of the cyclic hydridosilane of the formula 1 with a hydroxy group by using an oxidizing agent or water and a catalyst; and polymerizing it by polycondensation.

CONSTITUTION: The organosilicate polymer is prepared mixing (a) a compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated organosilane, a radical reaction product of an unsaturated organosilane and their mixture, or (b) a mixture of a compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated organosilane, a radical reaction product of an unsaturated organosilane and their mixture and a silane compound or a silane oligomer, with an organic solvent; and adding water and a catalyst to the mixture to hydrolyze and condense it. Preferably the unsaturated organosilane is represented by SiR1pR2(4-p), wherein the each R1 is independently an alkenyl group of C1-C10; the each R2 is independently an acetoxy group, a hydroxyl group, or a straight or branched alkoxy group of C1-C4; and p is an integer of 1-4.

    • PURPOSE: An organosilicate polymer, its preparation method, a composition for preparation of an insulating layer, an insulating layer containing the polymer, its preparation method and a semiconductor device containing the insulating layer are provided, to improve the mechanical properties and the low dielectric characteristic of an organosilicate polymer and to enhance the insulating property, the uniformity of coating, the dielectric characteristic and the mechanical properties of an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: The organosilicate polymer is prepared by providing a hydrosilane compound; oxidizing the hydrosilane compound in the presence of water or an alcohol; and mixing a solvent with the oxidized hydrosilane compound or the mixture of the oxidized hydrosilane compound and a silane compound or a silane oligomer, and hydrolyzing and condensing the mixture in the presence of water and a catalyst. Preferably the hydrosilane compound is the hydrosilane oligomer represented by R1nSi(OSi)mH(2m-n+4) or the cyclic hydrosilane oligomer represented by the formula, wherein R1's are independently H, F, an aryl group, a vinyl group, an allyl group or a linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C4 unsubstituted or substituted with F; m is an integer of 1-20; n is an integer of 1-20; R2's are independently H, F, an aryl group, a vinyl group, an allyl group or a linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C4 unsubstituted or substituted with F; k is an integer of 3-10; l is an integer of 3-10.
