    • PURPOSE: A medium pressure discharge structure for scroll compressor is provided to prevent compressed gas leakage by maintaining the intermediate pressure space between the main frame and the fixed frame at constant medium pressure state. CONSTITUTION: A swirling scroll(6) is mounted onto a main frame(2) fixed to a casing(1), and a fixed scroll(7) which cooperates with the swirling scroll so as to form a plurality of compression chambers is fixed to the main frame. A suction pipe(SP) penetrating the casing, penetrates the fixed scroll and is directly communicated to the outermost compression chamber. The fixed scroll has a discharge port(7b) communicated to the final compression chamber so as to discharge the compressed gas into the casing. The fixed scroll has a pressure discharge control unit for turning a portion of the high pressure discharge gas to the outermost compression chamber. The pressure discharge control unit includes a pressure discharge space(7c) having a predetermined volume, a pressure discharge hole(7d) formed at the bottom surface of the pressure discharge space so as to allow the medium pressure space(MS) to be communicated to the pressure discharge space, a vent hole(7e) formed at the side surface of the pressure discharge space and which allows the pressure discharge space to be communicated to the outermost compression chamber, a pressure discharge control valve(10) inserted into the pressure discharge hole so as to open/close the pressure discharge hole, and a valve spring(9) mounted at the rear surface of the pressure discharge control valve.

    • PURPOSE: A gap gauge mounting structure for compressor is provided to reduce assembly error between the rotor and stator by allowing the gap gauge to be assembled and disassembled in an easy and convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: A stator(41) and a rotor(42) are coupled so as to constitute a motor unit in a cylindrical body(11) of a closed container, and a main frame(20) and a sub frame(70) are coupled to both sides of the motor unit, respectively. A rotating shaft(50) which is pressed fit to the rotor is coupled to the main frame and the sub frame, respectively, and the sub frame has a plurality of gauge holes(72) so as to allow a gap gauge(M) for maintaining an air gap between the stator and the rotor to penetrate through gauge holes. A fixed scroll(51) and a swirling scroll(52) for constituting a compressor unit are coupled to the main frame, respectively, and the swirling scroll is connected to the rotating shaft. The sub frame has a main body(71) having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the closed container, and a bearing coupling section(73) formed at the center of the main body. Gauge holes are formed at the main body of the sub frame, and an oil passage(74) is formed at the lower portion of the main body.
