    • PURPOSE: A composition containing montelukast or salt thereof and resveratrol is provided to ensure pharmacological effect without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains montelukast or salt thereof and resveratrol. The montelukast salt is a montelukast sodium. The resveratrol is trans-resveratrol(trans-3,5,4-trihydroxy stilbene). The weight ratio of the montelukast or salt thereof and resveratrol is 1:0.001-1:3. The composition additionally contains solvent or oil for enhancing solubility of resveratrol. The solvent is ethanol, isopropylalcohol, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, or glycerol.

    • A hyaluronic acid-hydrophobic poly amino acid copolymer is provided to carry bioactive components effectively, be easily degradable within a body, and to ensure biocompatibility and biodegradability. A hyaluronic acid-hydrophobic poly amino acid copolymer includes hyaluronic acid units and hydrophobic poly amino acid units. The hyaluronic acid has a molecular weight of 1,000,000 or more. The poly amino acid is synthesized from N-carboxy anhydrides of hydrophobic acids and forms hydrophobic parts of the hyaluronic acid-hydrophobic poly amino acid copolymer. A weight ratio of the hyaluronic acid and hydrophobic poly amino acid in the copolymer ranges from 50:1 to 1:1.
