    • PURPOSE: A wire surface polishing apparatus is provided to prevent leakage of dust, and to improve working efficiency by rubbing graphite powder on the wire evenly and polishing with automatically applying tension to the wire through centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: A surface polishing device of wire is composed of plural belt assembling pipes(23,24) combining both ends of a belt(25); an inner rotation part(21) placed at both sides of the belt assembling pipes to fasten the belt assembling pipe temporarily and to apply tension to the belt by applying centrifugal force to the pipe in rotating; and an outer rotation part(22) placed outside the inner rotation part to apply rotational force to the inner rotation part and guide movement of the assembling pipes. The belt is contacted to the wire by regulating speed of the rotation part. The wire is polished by rubbing the graphite powder on the wire evenly with applying tension to the wire automatically.

CONSTITUTION: In an equipment for cutting a refrigerant tube in a certain length unit, the refrigerant tube cutting transfer equipment comprises a rotational disk(8) which is formed on the lower part of transfer belts(9) transferring clamp units(7); connecting rods(10) connecting the disk(8) to the transfer belts(9); a forward and reverse motor which is periodically reciprocated and rotated in both directions; timing pulleys conveying the reduced speed to the driving shaft by reducing speed of cyclic alternating and rotational motions of the forward and reverse motor; and a driving shaft connecting the timing pulleys to the disk(8), wherein the refrigerant tube cutting transfer equipment further comprises a transfer length control device for the refrigerant tube consisting of a screw(17) supporting and connecting the clamp units(7), nuts formed between the clamp units(7), a fastening unit(16) controlling distance between the clamp units(7) by rotating the nuts, and a control motor(15) for rotating the fastening unit(16).
