    • PURPOSE: A refrigerant tube cutting transfer equipment is provided to promptly transfer a refrigerant tube clamped onto clamp units as long as a uniform length unit by converting cyclic alternating and rotational motions of a disk into cyclic alternating and straight line motions of transfer belts by connecting rods. CONSTITUTION: In an equipment for cutting a refrigerant tube in a certain length unit, the refrigerant tube cutting transfer equipment comprises a rotational disk(8) which is formed on the lower part of transfer belts(9) transferring clamp units(7); connecting rods(10) connecting the disk(8) to the transfer belts(9); a forward and reverse motor which is periodically reciprocated and rotated in both directions; timing pulleys conveying the reduced speed to the driving shaft by reducing speed of cyclic alternating and rotational motions of the forward and reverse motor; and a driving shaft connecting the timing pulleys to the disk(8), wherein the refrigerant tube cutting transfer equipment further comprises a transfer length control device for the refrigerant tube consisting of a screw(17) supporting and connecting the clamp units(7), nuts formed between the clamp units(7), a fastening unit(16) controlling distance between the clamp units(7) by rotating the nuts, and a control motor(15) for rotating the fastening unit(16).

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to easily convert two-pitch wire stranding machine into three-pitch wire stranding machine with an increase productivity at low cost, while reducing faults and failure of wire stranding machine by rotating only the flyer of one wire payoff from among a plurality of wire payoffs. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of rotating a flyer(4) of a wire payoff(2) from among a plurality of wire payoffs so as to pay off a wire(1a) in a rotating state; preventing the flyer of another wire payoff from being rotated so as to pay off a wire(1b) in a non-rotating state; and allowing the wire in a rotating state and the wire in a non-rotating state to contact with each other prior to the arrival of two wires at a primary roller(7a), such that the wire in a non-rotating state is twisted along the outer periphery of the wire in a rotating state. By permitting the wire to be twisted into one-pitch prior to the arrival of the wire at the primary roller where wires are firstly twisted, a two-pitch wire stranding machine is easily converted into a three-pitch wire stranding machine where wires are twisted in three pitches for every rotation of the flyer.
