A manufacturing method of a pipe connector comprises: a step(S110) of preparing a tubular inner member; a step(S120) of preparing an outer member which is shorter than the inner member, including a tubular short diameter part of which an inner diameter is smaller than an outer diameter of the inner member and a tubular long diameter part of which an inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the inner member, the short diameter part and the long diameter part being integrally connected to each other such that inner parts of the short diameter part and the long diameter part communicate with each other; a step(S130) of inserting the inner member into the short diameter part after heating the outer member; a step(S140) of cooling the outer member such that an inner side of the short diameter part is joined with a portion of an outer side of the inner member; and a step(S150) of welding a joined portion of the short diameter part and the inner member such that ends of the short diameter part and the inner member are aligned with each other.

A structure for connecting a faucet to a water pipe comprises a socket connecting pipe(110) having threaded parts on two ends for connecting a faucet to a water pipe, a socket connecting pipe cover(120) having one end fixed to the socket connecting pipe and covering the socket connecting pipe, a connecting pipe connected to the other end of the socket connecting pipe cover and covering the outer surface of the water pipe, a corrugated pipe(160) combined to be slidable with one end of the connecting pipe and covering the outer side of the water pipe, and a pair of fixing members(170) in a semicircular shape for covering the connecting pipe or one side of the outer periphery of the corrugated pipe and fixing the connecting pipe and the corrugated pipe air tightly. The fixing members have engaging parts(111) on one ends, and engaging grooves on the other ends, allowing adjacent fixing members to be combined. A method of connecting the faucet to the water pipe comprises the steps of: connecting the corrugated pipe to the connector pipe so as to allow the two pipes to slide in and out of one another; inserting the water pipe into the connecting pipe and into the corrugated pipe; projecting one end of the inserted water pipe by sliding the connecting pipe to be overlapped with the corrugated pipe; connecting the projecting water pipe to the socket connecting pipe and to the socket connecting pipe cover; and reinserting the water pipe to connect the corrugated pipe to the socket connecting pipe cover by resliding the connecting pipe overlapped with the corrugated pipe.
