    • The present invention is to provide a method for repairing and inhibiting corrosion of a reinforcing bar using a high alkali organic corrosion inhibitor and a coating material having corrosion resistance properties and fixing properties of carbon dioxide and chlorine ion. The method comprises a step of determining corrosion of a reinforcing bar whether corrosion, a crack, or separation is generated on the reinforcing bar of a reinforced concrete structure; a step of repairing and inhibiting the corrosion of the reinforcing bar by coating a high alkali organic corrosion inhibitor and coating a water-based surface reinforcing agent and an anti-corrosion surface coating material having fixing properties of carbon dioxide and chlorine ion, when the corrosion, the crack, or the separation is not generated on the reinforcing bar; a step of repairing the corrosion of the reinforcing bar by applying a high alkali organic corrosion inhibitor, carrying out a process for applying mortar on the corroded reinforcing bar area, and applying a water-based surface reinforcing agent, an anti-corrosion surface recovering material having the fixing properties of carbon dioxide and chlorine ion, when the corrosion, the crack, or the separation is generated. The method removes a cause of deterioration in an active manner by fixing carbon dioxide and chlorine ions penetrating into a reinforced concrete structure and protects a reinforced concrete structure, which may lower durability due to carbonation and a damage caused by salt, by using in combination with the high alkali organic corrosion inhibitor.
