    • PURPOSE: A substrate apparatus of a digital radioactive ray image detector and a manufacture method thereof are provided to detect in image with high sensitivity using the low amount of radiation. CONSTITUTION: A first optical conductive layer(110) is formed on the upper side of a thin film transistor substrate(100). An insulating layer(130) is formed on the upper side of the first optical conductive layer. A second optical conductive layer(140) is formed on the upper side of the insulating layer. The second optical conductive layer is charged between the insulating layers. The second optical conductive layer generates the electronics by radiating the radiation. A top electrode layer(150) is connected to an external power supply unit so that the first electrical field is formed inside the second optical conductive layer.

    • PURPOSE: A readout device and a digital X-ray detecting apparatus are provided to simplify the structure of the apparatus by using a structure for adjusting a threshold voltage according to the voltage stored at a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor(121) is serially connect to a pixel electrode(114) which collects electric charges, and stores the electric charges collected by the pixel electrode. The first transistor(122) changes a threshold voltage according to the voltage saved in the capacitor and outputs an output signal, changed according to the changed threshold voltage, to an image forming part which generates an image. The second transistor(123) whose one end is connected to the capacitor and the other end is connected to the ground, resets the capacitor according to a control signal.

    • PURPOSE: An X-ray scattering prevention grid and an X-ray detection apparatus are provided to prevent generation of scattering or interference on an X-ray detection surface, thereby increasing the signal to noise ratio of an X-ray image. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detection apparatus(10) comprises a scattering prevention grid(100) and a detection part(200). A target such as an object, a person, or etc. is placed between the scattering prevention grid and an X-ray light source. The scattering prevention grid comprises a plurality of absorption lattices and a plurality of penetration lattices(111). The plurality of penetration lattices is arranged between the absorption lattices. The plurality of absorption lattices which is arranged with absorption lattices(121) absorbs scattered X-rays. The penetration lattice is formed with a material which has high X-ray transmittance. The detection part is arranged with a plurality of pixel arrays which detects X-rays transmitted by the plurality of penetration lattices.
