The anisotropic conductive film includes an insulating adhesive layer; and one or more conductive parts passing through the upper surface and lower surface of the insulating adhesive layer and including a protrusion part protruding from the upper surface or the lower surface. The conductive part has a shape in which a plurality of linear conductive paths is in contact with one another and is connected to one another. A portion of the linear conductive path is impregnated in the insulating adhesive layer. Also, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the anisotropic conductive film and to a display device bonded by the anisotropic conductive film.

摘要： PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film with an improved pre-bonding process is provided to strengthen adhesion of a conductive adhesive layer as maintaining suppression of electric short generation which is a major effect of the prior multi-layer anisotropic conductive film. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film is formed by stacking a conductor adhesive layer and an insulation adhesive layer. The content of a reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer is more than the content of a reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer is 25 or 50 weight% of the total weight of the conductive adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer is 20 or 40 weight% of the total weight of the insulation adhesive layer. The content of the reactive monomer of the conductive adhesive layer exceeds the content of the reactive monomer of the insulation adhesive layer by 1 times or 2 times.
