    • PURPOSE: A periodically structured organic film is provided to have long-range molecular arrangement, thereby capable of having abnormal hole/electron mobility. CONSTITUTION: A periodically structured organic film comprises a plurality of segments which is arranged to a covalent organic framework, and a plurality of segments and linkers, and a plurality of linkers. At least a part of the structured organic film is periodical. The structured organic film has a mobility of 0.1-3.0 cm^2/Vs. At least one of the segments is derived from aryl, arylamine, or thiophene building blocks. The plurality of linkers are selected from a group consisting of covalent bonding linkers, an ester linker, a ketone linker, an amide linker, an amine linker, an imine linker, an ether linker, an urethane linker, and a carbonate linker.
