    • 본발명은액정표시판(LCD)에반도체칩을본딩하는데사용되는반도체칩 본딩기의카메라정렬장치에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는좌우측카메라를수평설치하고, 이들좌우측카메라의중앙에는삼각프리즘을승하강자유롭게설치함으로서, 반도체칩의크기변화에맞게카메라의화상위치및 촛점거리를용이하게조정할수 있도록하기위한것이다. 이를위하여본 발명은, 액정표시판의소정위치에반도체칩을본딩하는반도체칩 본딩기에있어서, 상기반도체칩 본딩기의작업대(5)에설치된설치테이블(18)의중앙부상측전방에는프리즘설치대승하강용조정핸들(25)이상향수직설치된브라켓트(26)가수직설치되고, 이브라켓트(26)의후방에는조정핸들(25)의선단부에지지되는전방수평부(27)가전방상측에형성되고후방수평부(28)에는삼각프리즘(31)이안착된프리즘설치대(29)가가이드베어링이개재된가이드(32)에의해승하강자유롭게설치되며, 상기프리즘설치대(29) 양측의설치테이블(18) 상에는조정핸들(33)에의해전후방으로이동가능한전후방이송대(34)가설치되고, 이양측전후방이송대(34)의상부에는상측에카메라(35)가내향되게수평방향으로적재된카메라안착대(36)가조정핸들(30)에의해좌우로이동가능하게각각설치된것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A device for aligning cameras for a semiconductor chip bonding machine is provided to precisely adjust image positions and focussing distances even in case of a small sized semiconductor chip by horizontally mounting right and left cameras inwardly and liftingly mounting a prism between the cameras. CONSTITUTION: A device for aligning cameras for a semiconductor chip bonding machine includes a bracket perpendicularly mounted in the center of a mounting table of a working die and mounted with a control handle for lifting a prism mounting die, a front horizontal part formed at a rear part of the bracket to be supported by a front end part of the control handle, the prism mounting die(29) mounted at a rear horizontal part liftingly by a guide and securing a triangular prism(31), forward/backward conveying dies(34) mounted at both sides of the prism mounting die on the mounting table movably by the control handle, and camera securing dies(36) respectively mounted on the both forward/backward conveying dies to move right and left and horizontally mounted with a camera(35) at an upper part inwardly.
