摘要： PURPOSE: Structure of a diaphram in a fire sensor is provided to alleviate an elastic force as well as to increase a restoring force, and to prevent the miss-operating of the diaphram. CONSTITUTION: In the fire sensor requiring a circuit connection between a movable contact point and a fixed contact point when the expansive force of the diaphragm(110) generated due to the air expansion of an air chamber actuates the movable contact, the diaphram is provided with a projected contact point(112) in the center part to transmit a stable and effective expansive force toward the movable contact. Thereby, the stable as well as continuous actuating of the movable contact point is achieved. Particularly, variation causes of the distance and the position of the contact point are eliminated by using the contact point integrated with the diaphram. The damage of contact surface between the diaphram and the movable contact point due to the exterior shock is prevented by injecting metal coating epoxy into an interior space(113) of the contact point. By forming an elastic groove to appropriately have a curved plane and a flat plane, the elastic force is alleviated, and the restoring force is improved. Thereby, the expansive distance is increased, and consequently the distance between the contact points is increased.
